01 / Overview
DevOps services for a repeatable release process
Perivana helps connect repositories, build pipelines, deployment environments and the people responsible for releases. Scope the work around your current bottlenecks: manual steps, inconsistent environments, missing checks or unclear recovery. CI/CD automation, infrastructure code, containers and observability can be brought into the same delivery plan.
Connect the pipeline to the people operating it
Agree who approves a release, which checks must pass and who handles a failed deployment. Automation is useful when the team can understand, operate and extend it.
02 / What we deliver
Expertise you can
put to work.
CI/CD Implementation
Configure automated builds, tests and deployment steps, with release approvals and failure handling agreed for each environment.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Use Terraform and Ansible to define repeatable provisioning and configuration, with changes reviewed alongside application code.
Containerization & Orchestration
Scope Docker packaging and Kubernetes orchestration around workload needs, deployment configuration and operational ownership.
Monitoring & Logging
Connect metrics and logs using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and the ELK Stack. Agree useful alerts and who responds to them.
Security Integration (DevSecOps)
Add vulnerability scanning, access controls and policy checks to the pipeline, with clear handling of findings and exceptions.
Cloud-Native DevOps
Connect delivery workflows to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, including environment configuration, deployment access and scaling requirements.
Plan your project
Plan your DevOps implementation.
When this service fits
- Manual or inconsistent builds and deployments
- Infrastructure changes that are difficult to repeat
- Limited visibility into releases and production issues
Scope to agree
- Pipeline configuration and automated checks
- Infrastructure code, deployment and rollback steps
- Monitoring, access controls and team handover
What to bring
- Current repositories, CI tools and hosting platforms
- Release bottlenecks and environments in scope
- Security requirements and the team responsible for operations
Deliverables, timing, pricing and ongoing support depend on the agreed scope. Use these points to shape your enquiry.
Explore our DevOps engineering approachDefine the finish line
Make the handover as clear as the pipeline.
A working build is one milestone. Before starting, agree how releases will be verified, recovered and supported by the people who operate them.
Repeatable releases
Define the source revision, build output and environment for each release. Ask for evidence that the agreed checks run before deployment, and that a failed check stops the release where intended.
A recovery path
Agree who can approve production changes, what triggers a rollback and how database changes affect recovery. A previous application build may not work with a newer database schema.
An operable handover
Include pipeline ownership, runner access, secret rotation, alert routing and a runbook in the scope. Walk through a failed deployment with the team that will respond to it.

Practical answers
Frequently asked questions.
Every business has unique challenges when adopting DevOps. To help you gain clarity, we’ve compiled answers to some of the most common questions our clients ask.
Do we need Kubernetes before improving CI/CD?
No. Begin with the way your applications are hosted today. Reliable builds, tests and deployments can be useful on virtual machines, managed platforms or containers. Choose Kubernetes when its operational demands and capabilities fit the workload, rather than making it a prerequisite for delivery automation.
How should we evaluate the first pipeline?
Choose a representative application and agree its acceptance checks. Trace a change from commit to a tested release, introduce a controlled failure in a non-production environment, and verify that the operator can diagnose and recover it using the handover notes.
What determines the implementation scope?
The number of applications, environments and integrations, your existing pipelines, security requirements and team readiness all affect the work. Share these details so the implementation can be scoped around your priorities.
What tools do you use?
We work with leading platforms like GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, AWS, Azure, and GCP, selecting the right stack based on your business needs.
How long does a typical DevOps implementation take?
Timing depends on the repositories, environments, integrations and changes in scope. Start with a representative application, agree its acceptance checks and use that scope to estimate the implementation and team handover.
Do you provide training for my team?
Team guidance, hands-on workshops and knowledge transfer can be included in the scope. Agree who will operate the environment, the topics to cover and the documentation needed for handover.
How do you handle security and compliance?
The scope can include vulnerability scanning, access controls, release approvals and policy checks. Agree how findings and exceptions are handled. Technical implementation supports your compliance work; regulatory interpretation and final sign-off remain with the appropriate business owners and assessors.
