PERIVANA SOFTWARES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Perivana”, “we”, “us”) operates perivana.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website or contact us about our services.

Please send only information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, identity documents, sensitive personal information or confidential information about other people through the general enquiry form.

We use Hostinger for website hosting, and email addressed to perivana.com is routed through Microsoft email infrastructure.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or a lawful request, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Provider infrastructure may process information in countries other than the country from which you contact us. We do not represent that all website and email information is stored only in India.

Cookies and website use

The public homepage and enquiry page currently operate without analytics or advertising cookies. Website administration or security functions may use technical cookies when those functions are accessed.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If we introduce additional tracking or third-party features, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep ordinary enquiry correspondence for 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete it or remove information that identifies you.

If your enquiry becomes a customer engagement, records needed to deliver that engagement, meet applicable record-keeping requirements or address a dispute may be kept for the relevant purpose for longer. This does not extend retention of unrelated ordinary enquiry information.

Deletion from active records and expiry of any backup copies are separate operational steps. If you need information about retained copies, contact hello@perivana.com.

Your requests and choices

Email hello@perivana.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Where our use of information relies on consent, you may ask to withdraw it. We will assess your request under applicable law and explain any relevant limitations.

Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. Do not send identity documents unless they are needed and a suitable method has been arranged.

Security and external links

The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit between your browser and the site. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
