01 / Overview
Cloud services shaped around your workloads
Perivana supports cloud architecture, migration and operations across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Start with application dependencies, data-location requirements, recovery needs and running costs. These decisions help define what to move, what to modernise and what to retain in your current environment.
Plan the move and the work after it
A migration plan needs more than a target platform. Include a cutover sequence, data checks, recovery steps and clear responsibility for backups, patches, alerts and costs.
02 / What we deliver
Expertise you can
put to work.
Cloud Migration & Modernization
Assess applications, data and dependencies; plan migration waves, validation and an agreed interruption window.
Cloud Architecture & Consulting
Define networking, identity, capacity and recovery choices against the workload and budget.
Managed Cloud Services
Scope monitoring, maintenance and optimisation with agreed coverage, responsibilities and escalation arrangements.
Cloud Security & Compliance
Configure identity, access and security controls around your governance requirements and review findings.
Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Solutions
Connect AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and on-premises systems where workload and operating needs justify the combination.
Cost Optimization
Review resource sizing, usage and cost allocation against workload assumptions and budget priorities.
Plan your project
Plan your cloud engagement.
When this service fits
- Moving applications from on-premises or another cloud
- Unclear infrastructure costs or capacity needs
- A need to improve reliability and ongoing operations
Scope to agree
- Workload assessment and a migration sequence
- Cloud configuration, validation and rollback planning
- Monitoring, cost review and operational responsibilities
What to bring
- Current hosting, workloads and dependencies
- Availability, data-location and access requirements
- Target dates, budget range and support expectations
Deliverables, timing, pricing and ongoing support depend on the agreed scope. Use these points to shape your enquiry.
Explore our cloud architecture expertiseDefine the finish line
Define what a successful move must preserve.
A cloud migration should be judged against the application’s business needs. Agree the evidence for continuity, recovery and operating cost before choosing the cutover date.
Workloads and dependencies
Record application owners, databases, identity services, scheduled tasks and external integrations. Decide which components move together and which remain in the current environment.
Cutover and recovery
Set an acceptable interruption window and data-loss limit with the business owner. Include data reconciliation, a rehearsal and explicit go/no-go criteria in the migration plan.
Day-two operations
Agree responsibility for backups, restore tests, patches, alerts and access reviews. Compare running costs with the agreed workload assumptions, including storage, data transfer and support.

Practical answers
Frequently asked questions.
Every business has unique needs when moving to the cloud. To guide you better, we’ve compiled answers to the most common questions our clients ask about cloud adoption and management.
Should every application move to the cloud at once?
Not necessarily. Group related workloads into migration waves and start with a manageable application that teaches the team something useful. Some systems may be retained, replaced or retired. Decide from business value, dependencies and operating constraints rather than a target to move everything.
How do we compare cloud costs fairly?
Use the same workload, availability and retention assumptions for each option. Include non-production environments, backup storage, network transfer, licences and operations. Separate one-time migration costs from ongoing costs, then revisit estimates against measured usage after the move.
What needs to be agreed before migration?
Agree which workloads and data are in scope, acceptable downtime, access permissions, validation checks and a rollback plan. Cloud subscription costs and ongoing support should be considered alongside the migration work.
How do you protect against ransomware attacks?
Cloud security work can include access controls, threat detection, monitoring, encryption and backup design. Agree recovery objectives and restore tests alongside prevention. Recovery time depends on the affected systems, available backups and the response plan.
Can you help us meet compliance requirements?
We can help map cloud controls and evidence to the requirements your compliance team identifies, including GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS or applicable ISO standards. Agree the technical scope, control owners and review process; the engagement does not itself confer certification or regulatory approval.
Do you provide penetration testing?
Penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and red-team exercises can be discussed within an authorised security scope. Agree the systems, permitted methods, testing window, reporting and any retesting before work begins.
What industries do you specialize in?
Our experience includes banking and the wider BFSI sector. We also discuss cloud requirements for healthcare, retail, e-commerce and enterprise IT, with the workload, data constraints and sector requirements assessed for each enquiry.
Migration experience
Migration in a wider transformation context.
Our banking and BFSI experience includes platform and application migration, alongside software delivery and digital transformation initiatives. We consider the systems, security requirements, and adoption needs around the move.
